Frequently asked questions
How much is the check and how does it work?
The site check costs 1 euro, the price of a coffee. You give the site and your email, pay, and within 48 working hours you receive the full diagnosis: how many issues, of what kind, page by page. For other services the preliminary check is agreed at quote stage.
Who does the work?
A team combining automated tools and human review. Every delivery is checked before it leaves.
How do I pay?
Audits and subscriptions through a secure payment link (card or direct debit). Projects: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Invoice issued for every payment.
Do you need access to my systems?
Not for diagnoses and audits. For projects we can hand the changes to your developer or apply them ourselves with temporary, logged access.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time, no penalties. The current month stays active until it ends.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the described delivery and the numbers measured before and after. We do not promise rankings, avoided fines or revenue: nobody can.
